A lonely man wanders the desert after losing a loved one. He finally takes the drastic decision to give up on love completely, an act that precipitates his ultimate fall into the depths of despair. When there seems to be absolutely no hope of redemption for him, an unexpected character brings back his capacity for love: a dog.That’s the story of this touching film commissioned by Pedigree and produced by Lobo It encourages the adoption of dogs as the best way of bringing back the joy, the love, the hope, even the will to live to someone who’s given up on all those things for any number of reasons.The animation is 2D, with an elegant, streamlined visual direction made up of stylized shapes, clean lines and a limited color palette. It’s an iconic style that perfectly suits the allegorical, symbolical nature of the narrative.
