Franck was born in Paris, France and majored in Modern Literature at Sorbonne Université and History of Art at Aix-Marseille Université. In the early 2000s he moved to Brazil to work for LOBO and for over a decade was part of numerous projects for clients like Nike, Suez, MTV, GE, Volkswagen, Lego, Castorama, etc. In 2012 he began directing the McDonalds Happy Meal campaign and currently directs movies for Supercell.
