Cisma is a Brazilian director recognized for his work, including a Latin Grammy nomination and awards at prestigious festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, and One Show Interactive. He began his career as a motion designer at Lobo and later worked at MTV Brazil and the creative team of the clothing brand Diesel in Italy. In 2004, he moved to Barcelona, where he started directing films that combined animation and live action. In 2008, he returned to Brazil, establishing himself as a commercial film director and collaborating with production companies like Margarida Filmes, Paranoid, Saigon, and Pródigo. Cisma has also directed the series Sintonia for Netflix and O Beijo Adolescente for HBO, as well as documentaries for ESPN and Canal Combate. In the music world, he directed music videos for artists such as Milton Nascimento, Criolo, Nação Zumbi, and Gilberto Gil.
